Sometimes, she just needs someone to sit with her.

Unhurried company, good conversation and a cup of tea, for women in South Mumbai, at home and at her own pace.

For the families who can't always be there

Life is full, and distance, work and responsibilities don't always allow us the time we'd like with the people we love. Ek Cup Baatein offers her a familiar, trusted presence: someone who arrives on time, sits down with her, listens properly and leaves her day a little brighter. And you, a little more at ease.

A moment together

Hello, I'm Dipti.

Nepean Sea Road has been my home for over forty years. I began my journey as a teacher, and later became a mother and homemaker, running a big, busy household where there was always someone to look after and a story to listen to.

Those years taught me how meaningful it is simply to be there for someone. Ek Cup Baatein is my way of offering that: time, attention and genuine company, one visit at a time.

I visit each woman personally. I don't send anyone on my behalf.

Dipti

A conversation. A cup of tea. An afternoon together.

There's no script, no agenda and no pressure. A visit is shaped entirely around her: what she enjoys, what's on her mind, and how she'd like to spend the hour.

  • About her day
  • Something she read in the newspaper
  • A memory that suddenly came back
  • Something that made her laugh
  • Something that's been on her mind
  • At her own pace.

How long is a visit?

Visits are booked by the hour. Many families choose one or two hours, but we'll find what suits her best.

Can I book on behalf of my mother?
